SimCity 4 (SC4) is a city-building simulation computer game developed by California-based software company Maxis, a subsidiary of Electronic Arts, in 2003. SimCity 4 has a single expansion pack known as Rush Hour which adds additional features to the game. SimCity 4: Deluxe Edition is the original game and Rush Hour combined as a single product.

SimCity 4 and Windows Vista

SimCity 4 will work with Windows Vista, however a powerful system is recommended. For example, 2 GB of RAM, a 512 MB graphics card, and a dual core processor of at least 2GHz should be sufficient. SimCity 4 only uses one of the cores.
